From 1781 to 1789 the Articles of federation provided the United States with an effective organisation.   During those years the United States government was still developing and the Articles of Confederation was not an effective digit of government. The states had a strong objection against the Articles of Confederation.  The Articles of Confederation was not a government well suited for this new country. The United States needful power over the states to make it a better roll to live and have separate states with different laws. In 1770, the United States had the smallest creation and income.   In 1775, right onward the Articles of the Confederation with a small population brought in the virtually income over a period of twenty years.  Since the Articles of Confederation the population would still be increasing and the revenue would became pretty stable.
