From the ancient words of the Chinese philosopher Sun Tzu, is a seminal work on the philosophy of successful have that is as applicable to contemporary military officers as it was 2,500 years ago. The focus of this paper will be to demonstrate how Tzu’s advice and strategies relate to being an officer/leader in forthwith’s military.
