Some of the leading causes of childhood obesity are lack of parental control, schools food selection, and unhealthy advertisements in the environment. Parents are most answerable for their childrens health. Assuming a parent is an active instrumentalist in their childs life, it is safe to say that from the clipping a child is born up until the time they go to school, parents are the most influential in teaching them beneficial from wrong, good form bad, healthy from unhealthy.
