Employee Training and Development
Employee Training is a planned effort by an face to facilitate employees learning, retention, and transfer of job-related behavior. In most organizations, instruct is not limited to new employees, as various types of educate and development programs are offered at all stages of an employees career.
AREAS OF EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Training, uniform learning, is a lifelong process. Organizations need to provide for the wide innovation of training needs of workers to stay competitive and productive.
A. New Employee orientation and Training
Orientation programs are typically designed to introduce employees to the organization and its goals, philosophy, policies and procedures. They can also acquaint workers with both the physical building and the violence structure.
