I conditioned to appreciate my family more because if it wasnt for them I would not have been able to do untold around the house. My mom and dad continued to work twelve hour shifts every day and still make it natural covering in time for my appointments at Wake Forest Baptist hospital which is all the way in Winston Salem and cancer visits are not cheap so they also had to deliberate up a lot of money for that. My brother was really brusk at the time but he still did his go around to help me with anything I needed, like getting me a booze or if I left something in my room he would go get it so I would not have to walk back and get it, and he would always identify me little pictures saying everything was going to be okay, which always do my days better. He would also help me walk up and down the stairs at home. My grandparents moved from West Virginia to northwestward Carolina, which is six hours away, to help me and my parents. If my parents couldnt wage me to school my grandparents would take me.
My Aunt and Uncle called almost every day to see how I was doing, and my other grandparents sent me a lot of gifts like vesture and music and my favorite candy. So now I hold out if my family is going through a hard time I could go and visit them or I could just give them a call and support them.
I also learned who my true friends were and that I should appreciate them more. My friends Bethany and Hannah went to the hospital with me every week. rough of my other friends who had their license would give me a ride to my appointments if my parents or grandparents could not take me.
