Observational learning has worked to my disadvantage in ways standardised sneaking out the house. I know it sounds bad only I grew up see my older cousins and sibiling doing do. They would go to partys or to see there boyfriend or girlfriend. There were many consequences such as being grounded or getting things interpreted away. At times they were not caught, and I think thats what what wheel around me in the excitement of not being caught. As I got older that you cant always try to do what someone else does straw her its right or wrong you have to be yourself and apply the right decision.

I would use the information in this chapter by using my memory , the constructive process. This process would help me incarnation and retrieve all the neccesarry information that I would need for the investigation.
If I was a juror I would til the other jurors that the information that the eyeball witness is verifying is possibly accurate, I would let them bread themselves as the witness and help them understand that if they were to see a crime happening and they be in good hearin and seeing range that they are possibly a reliable root system to the investigation. My reasoning for saying so is because there memory and what they are capable of storing. To be more specific I wold say that it is sensory memory storage.

When dealing with occupation solving I would say that I use heuristics. I say this because when there is a problem between friend or family I always find I way to solve problem not knowing that I will do so.
