Recent years, as the degradation of natural environment and neighborly problems, such as the gap between rich and slimy is becoming wider and wider, caused by economic activities of production line increase, international organizations and some countries have issued regulations to guide and supervise companies to encounter their complaisant responsibilities. However, Australian government has not adopted its let legislations to mandate firms to undertake the social responsibility after inquiring the public in 2006.The current corporate social responsibility(CSR) reporting requirement of Australia is ground on voluntary framework (the typical ex group Ale is GRI). Without regulation, companies CSR disclosure driven by the legitimacy penury is limited in terms of frequency, quantity and quality.
