Aims and objectives:
The aim of this opus is to make a study of the Eggshell Skull theory of Tort law with computer address to its significance, development and justification.
Scope and demarcations:
The paper focuses on the importance of the scale skull theory as a means of ensuring fairness and jurist to disadvantaged victims or plaintiffs. The research workers have attempted to track its starting time and development by means of early cases and judgements. The logic and rationality john the theory too has been discussed.
