I accept the goal of British Law is to hold fast information out of the suspect before having a lawyer present. The know that many people who are arrested do non have enough specie to afford lawyers so if they fanny get them say stuff that may hurt the suspects crusade or for them non to say anything they would be saving money from lawyer fees. I may be way transfer with this but this is what I think. A police officer in the Unites States says You have the right hand to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present now and during any prospective questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you desolate of charge if you wish. Do you understand what has been read to you?

The differences between the US and Britain is that US is express anything you use will be held against you and Britain is saying if you choose to stay silent it may hurt you in your court room trial. Personally I prefer the US version Britains version is a little confusing.






I believe there are way too many lawsuits in the US.



I mean you can sue from slipping dump some stairs to eating food from a eating house and claiming there food made them sick.
