My personal level of authority within the structural frame is my ability to get on well with some individuals. Because I am very destruction oriented and keep back a relative easy personality, most of my co-workers enjoy working with me.
As a teacher leader, I believe that continuing my education and collaborating with other professionals is the key to personal growth. Many of the programs I currently use, such as teachertools.com and superteacher.com I have shared with my coworkers who love them. Another area I am embarking upon is to help me grow is establishing a pupil council. My tutor has a new principal, and he is open to new ideas to break student achievement, I believe developing a student council exit help promote the interests of the students and allow them to be perceive through peer representatives.
To be a social house decorator takes a special person who has to be open to criticism. My finish next school year is to be an elected positive on the Parent Teacher Association. I think these ladies do so much for our school and do not gravel the credit they deserve.
Maybe having a male teacher on their ply will enhance their position within the school setting.
Some of the benefits of the structural frame are the friendships I have established with many of the faculty members. This coming school year, we will be losing 14 staff members who will follow my aged principal to her new school. This is the first time in the become five years we have lost a staff member. Knowing we will have 14 new staff members coming on board next year. How will they advert to the remaining staff members? Will there be cause struggles?
